Terms of Service

What I write here is general, not advice for your roof

I write about roof repair, roof replacement, flashing, inspections and leak repair so you can read up before you call, and all of it is for informational purposes only. It isn't professional advice for your specific roof. Every roof is different, and that's true of houses, multi-family buildings and commercial buildings across Queens alike.

I try to keep the site accurate, but I can't promise every detail is current or complete. The flashing information on this site is good background reading, not a diagnosis of one roof. Only a visit to your roof shows what it needs.

Your estimate request starts a conversation

Filling out the estimate request form or calling me opens a conversation. It doesn't create a contract, and an estimate isn't one either. It's my read on the job and a rough idea of the work, nothing more binding than that.

Any roofing work I take on gets agreed in writing, after I've been up on the roof in person. Until we both sign that written agreement, nothing said on this site or in a first phone call commits you or me to a job.

How you can use hearthroofing.com

The text and photos on hearthroofing.com belong to Hearth Roofing. You're welcome to read them and share links, but copying them for other use needs my permission first. Where I link out to other websites, it's for your convenience. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what they publish.
