Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers hearthroofing.com and how I, the owner of Hearth Roofing, handle what you share with me. I keep only what you send through the free estimate form or tell me on a phone call. I use it to answer you, and I never sell it.
Questions about your information? Call me at (347) 308-6206.
The details you give me on the form or by phone
When you fill out the estimate form on my contact page, you give me your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property. You can also describe the roof and attach photos of it, which lets me see the problem before anyone climbs a ladder.
Phone calls work the same way. If you call about repairs, flashing work or an inspection, I'll ask for those same kinds of details. Landlords and building managers, residential or commercial, share the same basic information as anyone calling about their own house.
Why I ask, and where it stops
Everything you share goes toward answering you. I use it to call you back, answer your questions, put together your free estimate and set up a time to look at the roof.
That's as far as it goes. Your information is never sold, and I don't pass it to other companies for marketing. Asking me about a leak won't put you on anyone's mailing list.
Data the site records on its own
Visiting hearthroofing.com may leave behind basic site data, such as which pages you opened and what browser you used. Websites record this kind of thing routinely. I don't use it to identify you for sale or advertising.
I take reasonable care with what I hold and keep it to the people who need it to answer you. No website or office can promise perfect security, but I treat your details the way I'd want mine treated.
Asking what I have, or having it changed
You can ask what Hearth Roofing holds about you, and you can ask me to update it or remove it. Call or write to me at the details below, and mention the name and phone number you used so I can find the right record.
