Loose step flashing along the dormer wall, replaced piece by piece.

Seams split from ponding, so we installed a two-ply modified bitumen flat roof.

Worn three-tab shingles off, architectural shingles and new drip edge on.

Cracked parapet wall flashing was soaking the store ceiling. Replaced and capped.

Skylight leaking at the corners, reflashed with a new curb kit.

Split pipe boot on the EPDM roof, cut out and sealed.
Chimneys get two layers from me. Step flashing weaves under each shingle course, then counter flashing is cut into a mortar joint, bent down over it and sealed. If your chimney or wall flashing has failed, I'll repair it to match these close-ups.
Wall flashing gets the same lapped, tucked finish. Skylights get a full curb kit. Drip edge goes under the underlayment at the eaves, over it at the rakes. And you won't find tar smeared over any joint.
Chimney counter flashing
Each ran from first photo to cleanup. The Bayside job was a full tear-off and re-roof, down to new plywood.

Every layer photographed before it's covered
At the free estimate or inspection, I photograph what I find. Once old material comes off, my crew shoots the deck, underlayment and flashing before anything covers them.
At the end you get the finished details and the cleared site, the same kind of shots that fill this job gallery.
Snap a few pictures of the spot that worries you and send them to me for a look, or book a free estimate and I'll come photograph it myself.
